From Quote to Delivery

What is the minimum order quantity?

Minimum order is 5,000 MT for wheat and corn (Handysize vessel parcel), 3,000 MT for sunflower seeds, and 500 MT for sunflower oil in ISO tanks. For smaller volumes we can arrange groupage shipments.

What payment terms do you accept?

We primarily work on irrevocable Letter of Credit (LC at sight). For established buyers we can consider TT prepayment (30% advance + 70% against documents) or deferred LC up to 90 days.

Which quality standards do you certify to?

All cargoes are certified to Russian GOST standards. SGS or equivalent independent surveyor issues quantity and quality certificates at loading. Phytosanitary certificates issued by Russian Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor).

Can you arrange Halal certification?

Yes. Halal certificates are available for sunflower oil and certain wheat grades on request. Please specify at the time of inquiry.

What happens if quality at discharge does not match the contract?

Quality disputes are resolved per GAFTA (grain) or FOSFA (oils and oilseeds) arbitration rules as specified in the contract. We carry cargo insurance on all shipments.

Do you work with brokers and trading companies?

Yes. We regularly work with brokers and intermediaries. NCNDA is signed at the start of every brokered transaction to protect all parties. Commission is agreed and paid upon successful completion.
